vi077 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vi077 may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single account on the vi077 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vi077 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. vi077 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that the registration information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on the vi077 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied, and vi077 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees independently.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

Deposits made via local bank transfer and digital wallets are typically credited to a Player's account within minutes of confirmed transfer. vi077 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within the same business day for requests submitted before 21:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Requests submitted after this cut-off are processed on the following business day.

vi077 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or used to offset losses on accounts not subject to the relevant promotion. Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

All bets placed on the vi077 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. Players are responsible for reviewing these rules prior to placing any wager. General betting rules applicable across all markets are summarised below.

• A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the vi077 system and a bet confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.

vi077's total cumulative liability to any Player under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
